It's Semana Santa in Mexico. Shawn says four out of ten people leave town this week. They also say that it's the best time to tour the city so we decided to have a stay-cation. We went El Zocalo because Shawn had not been there yet and there is so much to see. The roads reminded me of Provo when school's out because they were empty.
We took a tour bus (Turibus) and got to cover a lot of ground that way. We enjoyed it until it got hot, then we hopped off and went to El Moro a churreria. We ate churros, hot chocolate, and a milkshake. The churros were delicious. They tasted just like the ones we grew up buying on the border on our way back from TJ (Tijuana).
